Spectra Engineering has provided mechanical, electrical, and structural services for a multitude of projects including new construction, building expansions, tenant renovations, repair and retrofit of existing spaces, HVAC upgrades, steam to hot water conversions, commissioning, UPS and Power supply installations, Building Automation System (BAS) design, and existing building/system evaluations.
