In March, OECM celebrated Procurement Month by spotlighting our Strategic Sourcing Team and their role in establishing high-quality agreements. This article continues that momentum by focusing on our Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Team, the group that takes the lead once agreements are awarded.
Following completion of the sourcing process, the SRM Team assumes responsibility for managing relationships with awarded suppliers, ensuring strong performance, robust contract management, accountability, and ongoing value for customers across OECM’s Marketplace.
