Courier Services

For shipments within Canada, including but not limited to the following:

• Next Day domestic courier service to and/or from the customers’ designated location
  • Ensuring the shipment is delivered before or by the latest 5:00 PM on the next business day
  • Offering a range of delivery time options (e.g., before 9:00 am, before 11:00 am, or before 3:00 pm on the next business day)
  • In the event that the Next Day service is unavailable for a shipment, customers will be notified of alternative shipping options
• Five (5) Day domestic courier service when a Two (2) Day courier service has not been requested or is unavailable
  • Ensuring the shipment is delivered within a maximum of five (5) business days
  • In the event that the Five (5) Day domestic courier service is unavailable for a shipment, customers will be notified of alternative shipping options upon receiving the order

For shipments to and/or from Canada to and/or from an international location, including but not limited to the following:

• Five (5) Day International Courier Services from and/or to the customers’ designated location or from and/or to any other designated international location
  • Ensuring the shipment is delivered within a maximum of five (5) business days
  • In the event that the Five (5) Day international courier service is unavailable for a shipment, customers will be notified of alternative shipping options upon receiving the order

• Various pickup, delivery, and return options, including scheduled pickups, picture delivery for residential and commercial locations, shipping and handling of special shipments, delivery attempts and returns, undeliverable shipments return
• Support for shipments, including shipment insurance and shipment label error resolution
• Reporting and analytics support, including shipment activity reporting and automatic service status updates
• Responsive customer support and account management
• Access to the supplier’s web-based portal
• Other optional freight services
