Courier Services
OECM is pleased to introduce the Courier Services agreement to our Marketplace. Gain access to qualified suppliers offering competitively priced domestic and international courier services, as well as other value-added services such as shipment insurance, reporting and analytics support, various freight services, and more!
Note: This agreement is a re-tender of the Courier Services agreement. Any signed Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) under the Courier Services agreement remains valid until August 31, 2024. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA with your preferred awarded supplier. If Customers require any documents from the previous agreements, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at customersupport@oecm.ca.

What You’ll Get

- Category A – Domestic Courier Services
- Category B – International Courier Services
Domestic Courier Services
For shipments within Canada, including but not limited to the following:
- Next Day domestic courier service to and/or from the customers’ designated location
- Ensuring the shipment is delivered before or by the latest 5:00 PM on the next business day
- Offering a range of delivery time options (e.g., before 9:00 am, before 11:00 am, or before 3:00 pm on the next business day)
- In the event that the Next Day service is unavailable for a shipment, customers will be notified of alternative shipping options
- Five (5) Day domestic courier service when a Two (2) Day courier service has not been requested or is unavailable
- Ensuring the shipment is delivered within a maximum of five (5) business days
- In the event that the Five (5) Day domestic courier service is unavailable for a shipment, customers will be notified of alternative shipping options upon receiving the order
International Courier Services
For shipments to and/or from Canada to and/or from an international location, including but not limited to the following:
- Five (5) Day International Courier Services from and/or to the customers’ designated location or from and/or to any other designated international location
- Ensuring the shipment is delivered within a maximum of five (5) business days
- In the event that the Five (5) Day international courier service is unavailable for a shipment, customers will be notified of alternative shipping options upon receiving the order
Other Value Add Services
- Various pickup, delivery, and return options, including scheduled pickups, picture delivery for residential and commercial locations, shipping and handling of special shipments, delivery attempts and returns, undeliverable shipments return
- Support for shipments, including shipment insurance and shipment label error resolution
- Reporting and analytics support, including shipment activity reporting and automatic service status updates
- Responsive customer support and account management
- Access to the supplier’s web-based portal
- Other optional freight services

SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey
As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
