OECM continues our work towards delivering an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System(s) project for School Boards, with an anticipated launch by the fall of 2022. Several Ontario District School Boards (DSBs) expressed their interest to participate in the development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for this initiative.
In September 2021, OECM facilitated a number of Project Validation Sessions with School Board representatives and presentations for OASBO Committees to assess and confirm the requirements in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources, Finance, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Payroll, and Procurement. All the gathered feedback and input generated from the sessions is now being put towards developing and drafting the RFP for the project.
During April, OECM’s Sourcing team initiated advisory committee sessions. We are committed to keeping our participants and representatives well-informed as we deliver on this highly-anticipated initiative. Please watch this space for news updates.
