OECM is pleased to announce the appointment of David Jaulneau, Director of Commercial Practice, Enterprise Commercial Management at Metrolinx, to its Customer Council Committee (CCC), effective September 13th, 2024. David joins the CCC as a representative of Ontario’s broader public sector.
In his role at Metrolinx, David and his team are leading transformative projects that focus on identifying and implementing best commercial practices across the enterprise. A senior leader with global experience across various industries, David joined Metrolinx in 2014 as a Category Manager in the Procurement division before joining the Commercial & Vendor Management division as a Director and then Vice President. During his tenure at Metrolinx, David has led several key procurements and negotiations across all Metrolinx divisions. Previously, David has worked in the aerospace and transportation industries for the Safran Group, Air France and ColiPoste.
OECM’s Customer Council Committee (CCC) serves as a direct conduit for customer engagement and influence at the Board level. CCC members represent the broad range of customer sectors that OECM serves and provide strategic input regarding our customer-centric strategy, products and services, customer and supplier relationship management, service delivery approach, and more.
