Electronic Device Disposal and Recycling Services

OECM’s Electronic Device Disposal and Recycling Services provides customers with access to secure, compliant, and environmentally responsible management of electronic device waste through IT asset disposition, secured media destruction, and electronic waste recycling.

This agreement facilitates convenient and flexible options for the collection, transportation, disposal, destruction, and recycling of electronic devices, supported by compliant data wipe services and green programs that promote sustainability and circular economic objectives. Enhanced privacy and security assessment options ensure all processes meet the highest standards of data protection and regulatory compliance.

This agreement is a re-tender of the Electronic Device Disposal and Recycling Services (2021) agreement. Any signed Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) under the Electronic Device Disposal and Recycling Services (2021) agreement remains valid until May 2, 2026. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA with an awarded supplier. If customers require any documents from the previous agreements, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at customersupport@oecm.ca.
