OECM is delighted to welcome and onboard two new members to our Customer Council Committee (CCC)! In April 2021, Josh Tonnos, Associate Vice-President Financial Services and CFO at Brock University joined this committee as a University Sector Representative. In his current role, Josh provides leadership and oversight on Student Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Services, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Treasury, and Procurement Services, and supports the University’s budget expenditures and investments.

Brad Parkes, Assistant Vice-President, Facilities Services at York University joined the CCC as a University Sector Representative in June 2021. Currently, Brad oversees the planning, development, construction, maintenance, and stewardship of York’s campuses to advance teaching, learning and research. He leads efforts to continue York’s commitment to sustainability in design, construction, and operation of the campuses and to creating positive change at the University.

OECM’s Customer Council Committee (CCC) serves as a direct channel for customer engagement and representation at the Board level. CCC members provide strategic input to OECM regarding our customer-centric strategy, products and services, sourcing opportunities, customer and supplier relationship management, service delivery approach, and more.
