Jp2g Consultants Inc. (Jp2g) is an employee-owned multi-discipline consulting firm established in September 2000. From offices in Ottawa, Arnprior, and Pembroke, Jp2g provides a comprehensive range of mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering; planning; environmental; and project management services to clients throughout Eastern Ontario and the Near North.

Jp2g’s Mechanical expertise includes HVAC; building infrastructure (heating & cooling plants); distributed heating & cooling systems; plumbing; fuel systems; fire protection & life safety systems; energy conservation programs; feasibility studies & engineering reports; sustainable and LEED designs; Building Automation Systems (BAS); and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).

Jp2g’s Electrical expertise includes normal & emergency power distribution; site lighting; interior / exterior building lighting; life safety systems; fire alarm; exit & emergency lighting; communications; grounding / lightning protection; and alternative energy systems.

As an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, Jp2g maintains an in-house Quality Management System (QMS) that was developed against internationally recognized quality requirements. At its core, Jp2g’s QMS ensures that draft deliverables are reviewed and approved prior to release, and that final deliverables submitted to clients bear signature attesting to their quality. Jp2g’s QMS also helps to ensure that their services adhere to the quality standards required by their clients.
