Jupiter’s team support for school boards began in 2001 advising the CSBSA School Board Consortium on electricity procurement.  Since that time they have successfully counselled ever-increasing numbers of school Boards during the very active price-risk-management, electricity-contracting period of the 2000’s, through the evolution of the Global Adjustment years, to the more recent HOEP pass through program for all of Ontario’s Boards.  They have provided timely regulatory reporting, market advice and electricity insights to the Boards, that has enabled asset managers to adapt their facilities’ operations and assisted financial managers in making informed investment decisions and in accurately preparing annual utility budgets.
