Introducing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions and Related Services
OECM was thrilled to recently introduce the highly anticipated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions and Related Services agreements to our Marketplace. These agreements are designed to help our customers perform efficient business activities, allowing them to streamline their operations while improving productivity. The agreements have been developed in close collaboration with various advisory representatives from Ontario’s English and French language School Boards, the Ministry of Education (MEDU), the Educational Computing Network of Ontario (ECNO), and the Council of Ontario Senior Business Officials (COSBO).

If customers require access to independent consultants to support their ERP implementation, other professional services are available through OECM’s IT Project-Based Professional Services and IT Technical Resource Augmentation Services agreements.
Finance and HR/Payroll Solutions and Related Services
The ERP Solutions and Related Services agreement offers seamless and efficient integration capabilities while supporting various business functional activities, processes, and tasks. This includes Finance and Human Resources/Payroll Solutions and provides ERP-related services such as information technology, reporting, implementation, testing, and training. Post-go-live support services such as help desk and maintenance support are also included.
Math Skills Digital Tools
In October 2022, the province announced $15 million in funding as part of the Ontario government’s Plan to Catch Up initiative to help students get back on track after learning disruptions due to the pandemic. The Ministry of Education (MEDU) provided details and funding allocations to all School Boards across Ontario to procure a digital math tool and encouraged leveraging OECM’s Math Skills Digital Tools agreement.
