OECM is pleased to introduce our Signage Products and Related Services agreement to our Marketplace. Gain access to various signage products for large-scale and smaller-scale options in a variety of materials, as well as a wide range of signage-related services, such as design, facilitation, permit acquisition, installation, maintenance, and more. This agreement also adheres to the guidelines established by the provincial government for Ontario Build Signage.

- Regular updates on permit status and issues
- Maintenance of records of permit-related activities
- Meetings are facilitated to expedite permit approvals and offering guidance on compliance with permit conditions
Installation Services
- Onsite visits to evaluate installation requirements
- Detailed installation plans and schedules that offer flexibility and accommodate Customer preferences
- Skilled installation teams with the necessary tools and expertise
- Compliance with regulations and standards, as well as adherence to health and safety protocols
- Regular progress updates
- Quality assurance checks during installation, as well as final inspections to address outstanding issues
- Minimizing disruption to ongoing site activities during installation
- Required documentation and certification of completed installations
Maintenance and Support Services
- Comprehensive and responsive support for maintenance and support for signage products
- Implementing preventive maintenance strategies, including customized maintenance plans
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities
- Training sessions on maintenance best practices and monitoring industry trends to improve practices
Warranty Services
- Warrantees for signage products and related services are provided against faulty material, manufacturing defects, and poor workmanship
- Shipping costs for approved warranty repairs are included

- Signage for infrastructure projects (e.g., construction, modernization)
- Planning and implementation services (e.g., site assessments, feasibility studies)

Feedback
SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey
As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
