- Training for POS functionality, PCI Compliance, online reporting, pre-authorization payment process and refund payment process
New Process for this Agreement
OECM’s Credit and Debit Card Processing Devices and Services Agreements have been modified to reflect the credit and debit card industry standard as well as the accepted terms and conditions between OECM and the awarded supplier partners.
To leverage the agreement with Empyrean Merchant Services Inc., customers must sign (1) a Merchant-Supplier Agreement (“MSA”), and (2) a Merchant Application and Agreement.
To leverage the agreement with Global Payments Direct Inc., customers must sign (1) an OECM-Customer Agreement, and (2) a Merchant Agreement.
To leverage the agreement with Moneris Solutions Corp., customers must sign (1) an OECM-Customer Agreement, and (2) a Merchant Agreement.
OECM encourages prospective Credit and Debit Card Processing Devices and Services Agreement customers to carefully review the terms and conditions and personal information sections of the Merchant Agreement prior to signing.

As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
