OECM is pleased to introduce our newly improved and re-tendered Audit Related Services agreement to our Marketplace.

Gain access to a full range of internal and external audits, including annual consolidated financial statement, enrolment, graduation, pension plan, compliance, operational, donation, scholarship fund audits, and more.

Our awarded supplier partners provide skilled, independent, knowledgeable advisors, and dedicated account management teams offering ongoing administrative, operational, and issue-resolution support.

Note: This agreement is a re-tender of the External Audit Services agreement. Any signed Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) under the External Audit Services agreement with BDO Canada LLP, Deloitte, Ernst & Young LLP, and KPMG LLP remains valid until August 31, 2026. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA and/or Engagement Letter with your preferred awarded Supplier(s) below. If Customers require any documents from the previous agreement, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at customersupport@oecm.ca.

SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey

As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
