Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment and Related Services
Qualified supplier partners providing access to Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) products and services tailored to support both light and heavy-duty electric vehicle infrastructure needs. This retendered agreement features an expanded selection of awarded supplier partners, better pricing with flexible rate structures, and enhanced Level 2 and Level 3 charging solutions, including support for Electric Buses (E-Buses).
In addition, the agreement also includes a range of related services such as installation, maintenance, project management, and more.
The agreement is organized into two (2) product and service categories:
• Category A – Level 3 Direct Current (DC) Fast Charge EVSE
• Category B – Level 2 EVSE
Note: This agreement is a re-tender of the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Related Services agreement. Any signed Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) under the previous Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Related Services agreement remains valid until April 30, 2025. CSA holders will have up to (6) six months from the date of the current agreement expiry to transition to the new agreement. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA with the awarded supplier partner. - Designed for long-distance travel and situations where quick recharging is required (e.g., major commercially available electric vehicles sold in Canada, including both light and heavy-duty vehicles such as Electric Buses (“E-buses”), long-distance fleet vehicles, conventional electric vehicle)
Category B: Level 2 EVSE
- Chargers supplying output power between 3.6 kW and 19.9 kW
- Average input voltage of 208/240 VAC single/split phase
- Ideal for light-duty fleet vehicles, delivery vans, public charging stations, and residential installations
Comprehensive Services for Both Category A and B
- EVSE Hardware – Single or dual-port, wall-mounted or pedestal options, networked or non-networked, and capable of extreme weather tolerance, all meeting National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standards
- Design Services – Including stamped drawings by professional engineers, risk evaluations, vandalism-resistant measures, bilingual signage, and customer-specific needs incorporated into designs
- Data Services – Collection and management of key data such as vehicle information, energy consumption, equipment status, revenue, and carbon savings
- Project Management Services – Monitoring schedules, budgets, inspections, subcontractors, and reporting progress
- Construction Services – Site preparation, compliance with safety standards, power disruption minimization, and environmentally friendly materials
- Installation, Commissioning, and Testing Services – Balance of Systems (BOS), grid upgrades, licensed electricians, Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) inspections, cybersecurity, and signage installation
- Training Services – Covering emergency disconnect procedures, billing systems, EVSE management software, and operational guidance

Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
