Envari is committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. They will respond to customer inquiries within one business day. And, their team will ensure that all critical issues are resolved within two business days and all non-critical issues are resolved within five business days. Any issues that require escalation will be directed to their management team, and their contact information will be provided to the Customer. Envari also offers multiple methods of communication (digital or non-digital) for both day-to-day issues and the delivery of reports.
