Apparel and Related Products and Services

OECM is pleased to introduce our Apparel and Related Products and Services agreement to our Marketplace. Gain access to a list of pre-qualified suppliers offering apparel-related products and services under five (5) categories: workwear, sportswear, spirit wear, safety shoes, and school uniforms.

Note: This agreement is a re-tender of the Apparel and Related Products and Services. Any signed Customer-Supplier Agreement (CSA) under the Apparel and Related Products and Services agreement remains valid until May 28, 2024. CSA holders will have (6) six months from the date of the agreement expiry to transition to the new agreement. To sign on to the re-tendered agreement, please complete a new CSA with your preferred awarded Supplier(s) below. If Customers require any documents from the previous agreements, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team at customersupport@oecm.ca.

What You’ll Get

A wide range of apparel products, school uniforms, spirit wear, accessories, athletic and safety footwear from premium and generic brands, as well as additional services for alterations and embellishments.

Workwear

  • Healthcare, custodial, maintenance, and facilities-related workwear including flame-resistant and high visibility apparel, outerwear, overalls/coveralls, pants/shorts, shirts, and more

Sportswear

  • Apparel products for various sports including baseball, basketball, football, hockey, and more

Spirit-wear

  • Customized spirit wear apparel and products for athletic activities, camps, and clubs including but not limited to, jackets, tracksuits, and t-shirts

Safety Footwear

  • Protective rubber footwear, safety winter, and work boots, safety work boots with metatarsal guards, and more
  • Footwear that meets Canadian Standards Association (CSA) requirements with a variety of ratings for hazards and sole protection

School Uniforms

  • School uniform apparel including oxford shirts, golf shirts, blouses, sweaters, blazers, pants, walking shorts, tunics or skorts, kilts, gym uniforms, as well as accessories
  • Available in sizes Y2XS to 5XL and in a wide range of materials

Services

  • Additional services such as sizing, hemming, and alteration
  • Embellishing and decorating services including embroidery, applique, and digital logo printing
  • Product samples of materials and colours for customer assessment, project close-out, and warranty, are available from some suppliers
  • Voucher and credit programs

Compliance, Warrantees and Initiatives

  • Suppliers that comply with the Ethical Apparel Procurement Requirements of the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services/Supply Chain Ontario
  • Product and Service warranty to ensure high-quality products that meet environment, safety, social, and ethical requirements
  • Suppliers’ compliance with local and international cloth manufacturing laws and regulations to ensure Fair Labour Practices
  • Green initiatives: recycling or re-use programs that support your organization’s sustainability commitments

SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey

As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
