Janitorial and Cleaning Services

OECM’s Janitorial and Cleaning Services agreements provide access to a comprehensive range of routine and deep cleaning solutions delivered by qualified supplier partners. These services are designed to meet the needs of a wide array of environments – such as expansive office spaces, high-traffic public areas, school hallways, sterile hospital areas, libraries, community centres, daycares, student residences, and multi-purpose buildings – each with its own unique cleaning considerations.

Customers can access reliable cleaning support across classrooms, offices, hallways, washrooms, study areas, residence units, common areas, meeting rooms, public corridors, and specialized or sterile environments. Services include routine daily cleaning, disinfecting, supply replenishment, detailed surface cleaning, and comprehensive housekeeping for student residences, including deep cleans and turnover preparation.

In addition, multi-purpose interior spaces benefit from complete floor and carpet care – sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, vacuuming, stain removal, and shampooing – as well as dusting, interior window and wall washing, and cleaning of classroom fixtures like whiteboards and blackboards.

These offerings are supported by certified green cleaning practices, service delivery aligned with Cleaning Industry Management Standard – Green Building (CIMS-GB), specialized and on-demand cleaning capabilities, technology-enabled service enhancements, and robust administrative and reporting support.

SRP Customer Satisfaction Survey

As a valued customer with direct purchasing experience with our Supplier Partners, your feedback in the Supplier Recognition Program is crucial. Customer feedback is one of the focus areas used for SRP evaluations and survey (Net Promoter Score, NPS) is used for a customer feedback mechanism. The survey includes the list of suppliers who are eligible to participate in each year’s SRP. Survey result will be collected and shared back with the supplier partner by OECM.
